MUMBAI: Kundali Bhagya, a Zee TV show, is extremely popular among viewers and has been on the air for nearly five years.
The public adores Karan and Preeta's love story and how they managed to develop a strong connection despite their constant problems. The show is a spinoff of Kumkum Bhagya and stars Shraddha Arya and Dheeraj Dhoopar in the key roles.
We saw that the show had taken a two-year leap. Preeta is taken aback when she sees Prithvi making the Luthras' lives a living hell, and she decides to save them from this peril.

In the upcoming episode, we will see Karan and Preeta’s conversation where Karan is trying to confess something but is nervous.
Karan compares himself with a rose by saying that just how roses have thorns, even he has some bad things in him. He further says that when two people love each other a lot, they give each other roses.
Karan tells Preeta to accept him with all his flaws. Preeta and Karan share an eye-lock moment here. While Karan gives Preeta a rose, Preeta slowly makes her move, accepting it and asks him if he’s proposing to her.
Karan panics and drops the rose and in a nervous way. He says that just giving a rose doesn’t mean it’s a proposal. He further says that even confessing one’s feelings is like a proposal.
He wants Preeta to accept him as however he is and whatever he is. Preeta here blushes and smiles, while Karan tells her that it’s not a thing to laugh about but it’s rather important.
Preeta asks him whether he is still mad at her or not. Karan calls her a dumbo and says that if he were mad, why he would be here asking for her acceptance.
Listening to this, Preeta immediately snatches away the rose from Karan’s hand and says that she will think about it.
Karan starts to leave and turns around once again to see Preeta, while Preeta stands there feeling extremely happy.
