MUMBAI: Abhishek Bachchan, Nimrat Kaur, Yami Gautam starrer ‘Dasvi’ released yesterday. Kamaal R. Khan aka KRK took to Twitter to write his review of the film.
He wrote, “Have watched #Dasvi and it deserves #OTT release only. @DrKumarVishwas Bhai Kavi Ho Kavita Padho. Writing a film Script is another work that has nothing to do with you. Director Tushar Jalota saheb Behtar Hota direction ki Dasvi Paas kar Lete film direct Karne Se Pahle.”

Fans are reacting to his review. Wrote a user, “Aap ka opinion matter nahi karta... Public ko bohut pasand aa rahi hai Dasvi... Bekar mein apna time waste mat kijiye review karne mein...” Another one tweeted, “Ye aadmi toh Khud Hi 8vi paas hai, isko kya pata Dasvi ki Importance.” “Still better than #Deshdrohi”, commented a third user.
Meanwhile, Nimrat recently visited Central Jail, Agra to promote her movie with Abhishek, Yami, director Tushar Jalota and producer Sandeep Leyzell.

The film at one point highlights the importance of education, on the other side it also deals with women empowerment and equal status in society. Nimrat's character Bimla Devi, who is not so educated and confined to home, later proves her mettle by becoming the CM.
'Dasvi' is a social comedy film which is written by Ritesh Shah and directed by Tushar Jalota. It is produced by Dinesh Vijan under his banner Maddock Films in collaboration with Jio Studios and Bake My Cake Films. It will be released on Netflix and JioCinema on April 7.
