Rajshri Rani plays the role of Arpita, Imlie’s aunt.
Rajshri Rani Shukla Jain is best known for her titular portrayal of Suhani in Star Plus show Suhani Si Ek Ladki. Rani made her acting debut in 2012 by starring in Drashti Dhami's show Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon.
In April 2018, she joined Star Plus's Ikyawann as Sarthi Mishra. After a brief role in Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka, she was also seen as Rupa Raunak Rajput in Namak Issk Ka on Colors TV.

Tellychakkar recently got in touch with the actress and got to know some interesting insights about her life.
What was your first audition like?
“My first audition was a very coincidental one. I had gone with someone and I was sitting outside. Gaurav, who is a director now, came up to me and started talking. He came to know that I am from Kanpur and asked me to give an audition. I said I am not an actress and he said that it was not a problem, and to just give the audition. That was the first time I faced the camera in my life, I didn’t even know how to act. It was such a different thing, a different world for me. It was my destiny I feel, to come into the industry. I can never forget that audition. It was because of that audition that I am a part of the industry today.”
When was the first time you got the feeling that people know you?
“I got that feeling after I did the show Suhani. Our opening TRP was so good and we never looked back. We kept moving forward. People poured in a lot of love for me after that show. Before that, I had done small-scale shows but I got recognition only after doing Suhani.”
Do you remember your first ever pay cheque?
“I had done one of those teleshopping ads that used to premiere late at night. I earned some 2500 Rs for it. This was way back in 2011 or 2012.”
Who was your first friend in the industry?
“I don’t remember the first but the person who became a friend long back is my Suhani co-actor Rajoshi Vidyarthi. We became friends back then and still share the same bond. Another one is Gaurav, who I got married to thinking I cannot let this person go.”
“Do you remember your first fan moment?”
“It was not the first one but I can never forget that moment. I was shooting for Suhani and a middle-aged woman suddenly came and touched my feet. I got scared thinking about what happened so suddenly. She said that she had gone to the Shirdi temple and prayed that she gets to meet Suhani. Within one week it coincidentally happened that she got the chance to meet me and she even started to cry. I was so touched but also had a weird feeling about all this. Although everyone made a lot of fun of me later on the sets. it was however all in good spirits. But I can never forget that moment; I could see her determination to meet me. I had just heard incidents that people are crazy for actors but you never figure that someone will go to that extent for you.”
