MUMBAI: Sony TV's show ‘Kavya - Ek Junoon Ek Jazba’ starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma. According to the promo of the show, Sumbul will be playing the role of IAS Officer Kavya who is married to an IPS officer. The story will revolve around Kavya's struggles to find a balance between her personal and professional lives for Adi, despite everyone putting obstacles in her way.

Currently, Kavya and Adiraj will have a huge showdown as Kavya will realise that Omi is behind Navya’s death. The show is going to take a leap of nine months.
Omi has gone missing and Pradhan Family feels that Kavya has killed him and is full of bitterness towards her. Kavya will also be seen slipping in coma and wakes up after nine months.
Adiraj has changed a lot in these nine months and will be seen giving Kavya divorce papers. He will also get Kavya arrested in Omi’s murder case as the family feels that Kavya is behind Omi’s death.
