MUMBAI: Arjun Kapoor is going to play his first antagonistic role in Singham Again under Rohit Shetty's direction. He began filming today and shared a BTS photo from the set. A shirtless picture that Arjun posted went viral right away. The fans couldn't contain their excitement as he revealed a glimpse of his look.
Arjun Kapoor posted a picture of himself taking a mirror selfie without a shirt on his Instagram stories. He added the caption, “shoot life, Singham Again.”

Rohit Shetty revealed Arjun's first picture on February 14 and he wrote, “Insaan galati karta hai, aur usse uski saza bhi milti hai… Lekin ab jo aayega, wo shaitaan hai! CAN I SAY – INTRODUCING ARJUN KAPOOR!”
Arjun also shared the photos and wrote, “Singham ka villain! Feeling on top of the world being a part of hit-machine Rohit Shetty sir’s cop universe! I promise you there will be mayhem #SinghamAgain.”
A report by the popular entertainment portal says that Arjun Kapoor, who will be playing one of the antagonists along with Jackie Shroff, will be called Danger Lanka in the film.
In an earlier interview with the same portal, Arjun Kapoor said, “I’m just too thankful to all the directors and producers who have given me a chance to shine. So, I’m ecstatic that a stalwart filmmaker like Rohit Shetty saw I had the potential to play the villain in his massively mounted Singham Again which boasts of so many stars in it! I know I have given it my all and I’m looking forward to seeing how people react to me when the film releases.”
Arjun Kapoor facing five supercops would be an interesting match. If you're not familiar, Singham 3 aka Singham Again stars Ranveer Singh as Simmba and Akshay Kumar as Veer “Soorya” Sooryavansh in addition to returning Ajay Devgn as Singham. Deepika Padukone, the first lady Singham of the police world, will also introduced in the movie. Additionally, Rohit revealed that Tiger Shroff has been cast in a key part.
