Sanjay Leela Bhansali is getting ready for his next movie, Love & War, after delivering hits like Gooliyon Ki Rasleela Ramleela, Bajirao Mastani, Padmaavat, Gangubai Kathiawadi, and more. Vicky Kaushal, Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt are three of the biggest actors he has managed to land for the movie. Love & War has generated a lot of interest because it reunites Ranbir and Sanjay Leela Bhansali after an extensive hiatus.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali introduced Ranbir Kapoor to the film Industry with Saawariya. SLB and Ranbir will collaborate after a long period of time. Alia Bhatt expressed her excitement about the same in a recent interview. Speaking to the popular news portal Alia expressed her excitement at seeing Ranbir and SLB work together once again.
"I am like, ‘wow, what’s that going to be like?” she said. She also added that the film holds a lot of combinations as Vicky and Ranbir were together in Sanju and they created magic. Alia and Vicky worked together in Raazi.
She further added, "At the end of the day, the intention is to keep your head down and work hard. Not let the other excitement get in the way, because the excitement about the film and the material is the most important. When you are on set, you just have to give your 180 percent."
Even though Love & War has an intriguing cast, the movie has a long wait. Sanjay Leela Bhansali's masterpiece is expected to be released in December 2025 at the earliest. Ranbir Kapoor is working on Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana at the moment. Jigra, starring Alia Bhatt, is up next. Vicky Kaushal's collection of films includes Chaava and Bad Newwz.
