MUMBAI : Tara Sutaria has made it clear that she won't be appearing in KGF actor Yash's next movie, Toxic. For those who don't know, Tara was cast as Yash's romantic interest in the next action movie helmed by Geethu Mohandas, according to a report that surfaced a few days ago. Tara, though, has denied the reports.

Tara shared on her Instagram page, “Hello all! The articles released over the last few days about a project and I are false and not shared by me."
She added, "Whenever there is something to share, I will share it with all of you! My love always. PS - Nobody is second to anyone
According to a report, Tara and Kiara Advani will be viewed as Yash's two romantic interests in Toxic.
The multilingual, high-budget movie reportedly also stars Huma Qureshi in a negative role and Nayanthara as Yash's sister. The movie, which is set against the backdrop of the drug mafia, will star Yash as a gangster.
The report further stated that the film went on floors in June and will release on 10th April 2025.
Previously, Tara revealed that the roles she was getting were getting typecast. She said, “I don’t know if I got impatient but it was frustrating, for sure. Even in meetings with directors and producers this year, I couldn’t reveal, show, or talk too much about Apurva. People more so in our industry than the audience didn’t expect and see me doing something like this. I felt stereotyped as the glamourous girl all the time. Everyone says it also and it’s very irritating. Having said that, it’s fun to do all that and it’s a part of all of us young actors and actresses.”
