MUMBAI: Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj. These days the track revolves around Anupama going to the US.

As we have just seen, Vanraj has instructed the police to detain Sagar, accusing him of breaking into their home with force and committing other offenses.
When the police arrive, Sagar is informed that he is being held for whatever reason, and Anupama is given the blame. Takes a ferocious and angry stance for Sagar.
But Vanraj responds angrily to Anupama, and the two dispute with one another while Vanraj calls for the police to support his actions.
The narrative takes an intriguing turn when Meenu shows there and the police decide to arrest Sagar as requested by Vanraj.
Meenu requests that the police leave Sagar and stands up for him. She retracts the complaint and informs them of Sagar's goodness.
We shall witness Anupama's decision to never get back together with Anuj in the next episodes, following her being accused of being the reason behind his daughter's death.
