When asked Shiwani what she loves most about her role, she said, “The one thing I love the most about my role is the simplicity of Kaveri. She is on the face and does not shy away from calling spade a spade. I have been getting a lot of love from the audience and they are calling me pretty even in simplistic dressing. I initially thought about how I will look and how I will pull off a character which is so simple but the way Kaveri has been designed is such that it is beautifully portrayed.”

TellyChakkar also asked Shiwani what is that one thing she would like to change about her role if given a chance. She said, “Overall, Kaveri is good but I feel that the character could be more strong when it comes to her personal life. Like Vaiju is handling the entire family and keeping them together, Kaveri could be shown making independent decisions and having control over her domestic life.

I feel there are many layers to my character that can be explored.”
