MUMBAI: Popular television stars Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Harsh Rajput are all set to take a leap from the small screen to the silver screen, joining forces for the very first time in an exciting new film titled ‘Jhaad Phook’, directed by Rajan Verma.
Sumbul Touqeer Khan, a household name in Indian television, began her journey as a child artist and shot to fame with her powerful performance in Star Plus’s hit drama Imlie.
She later gained widespread recognition as a contestant on Bigg Boss 16, where she made history as the youngest participant to stay in the house for over 100 days. More recently, Sumbul won hearts with her portrayal in Sony TV’s Kavya, earning both critical praise and audience love.

Harsh Rajput, another well-established name in the industry, has built an impressive repertoire over the years. Known for his roles in supernatural and drama series such as Pishachini, Nazar, Kuch Toh Hai: Naagin Ek Naye Rang Mein, and Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, Harsh has garnered a loyal fanbase through his dynamic performances and on-screen charm.
Now, much to the delight of their fans, the two talented actors will be seen together on the big screen for the first time. The film ‘Jhaad Phook’ has officially gone on floors, with production underway.
