MUMBAI: Mrunal Thakur's Son of Sardar 2 got positive response. However, the Kundali Bhagya actress is facing the heat from the netizens after her old interview clip went viral.
In the clip, Mrunal Thakur is seen giving an interview with Arjit Taneja from the sets of Kundali Bhagya wherein the duo talk about physical strength in women. During the interview, Mrunal revealed that women with muscles are not appealing and in the turn of events, Mrunal ended up saying, "I'm far better than Bipasha."
The statement and the clip went viral on social media and Bipasha Basu's fans extended support to her, trolling Mrunal for her statement against the talented actress.
The controversy gained more attention when Bipasha Basu took to social media and posted a cryptic post asking woman to make muscles. Basu's post came across as a reaction to Mrunal's words in the viral clip.
Bipasha shared a post on social media and wrote, "Strong women lift each other up, Get those muscles beautiful ladies... we should be strong... muscles help you attain good physical and mental health forever! Bust the age old thought process that women should not look strong or be physically strong!!!
