As per sources, Bade Acche Lagte Hain Naya Season actress Dipti Kashyap will be seen joining Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah as Rita Reporter. Yes, you read that right!
Rita Reporter is a recurring character in the show and enjoys a dedicated fan following of her own. The role was originally portrayed by Priya Ahuja Rajda, who left a lasting impression with her performance. Following her exit, Ramsha Farooqui stepped into the character’s shoes for a while. Now, the mantle has been passed on to actress Dipti Kashyap, who is all set to bring her own flair to the much-loved role.
When contacted, Dipti confirmed the buzz with TellyChakkar and exclusively said, "Yes, I am playing Rita Reporter in the show. I am already on the sets."
