MUMBAI: On 17th August 2025, a shocking firing incident took place outside YouTuber Elvish Yadav’s residence in Gurugram, Haryana.
According to police reports, the attack happened between 5:30 and 6 a.m. when three men on motorcycles opened fire, shooting over two dozen rounds at the house before fleeing the spot. The bullets struck both the ground and first floors of the residence. Thankfully, Elvish’s parents, who were at home at the time, escaped unharmed.

Soon after, the Bhau Gang claimed responsibility for the attack, alleging it was carried out in retaliation for Elvish Yadav’s promotion of illegal betting apps.
Now, the latest development is that the Faridabad police have arrested a shooter in the link to the same case. Faridabad Police have arrested a man involved in the firing incident at YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav’s Gurugram residence, following an encounter.
The accused, identified as 19-year-old Ishant alias Ishu Gandhi from Jawahar Colony, Faridabad, allegedly opened fire on the police team with an automatic pistol. In retaliation, the police shot him in the leg. He was later admitted to a hospital for treatment after the exchange of fire.
