MUMBAI: Neil Nitin Mukesh has earned a reputation as one of Hindi cinema’s most versatile actors, admired for his powerful screen presence and range of roles. Though formally trained in music, he pursued his passion for acting and made an impactful debut with Johnny Gaddaar in 2007, a performance that won him instant critical acclaim and positioned him as a promising talent in Bollywood.
With many movies like Baaghi and O My God releasing with sequels, TellyChakkar asked Neil as to which movie of his would he like to be made into a sequel. His response surprised us as he mentioned Johnny Gaddar. However, Neil's character dies in the movie and we asked him about the same and he gave a well-thought and sensible answer.
Neil said, " So? Doesn't matter. How do you know? A lot can be done, many twists can be introduced. There are multiple ways of telling a story. Off late we have a trend of using such a title for the film that many sequels or prequels can be made around the same movie with same characters and actors. We can also have the same titled movie with a different story altogether."
Apart from Neil Nitin Mukesh, Ek Chatur Naar also features Divya Khosla and is Directed by Umesh Shukla.
