Aryan Khan sets sights on his first feature film – is Shah Rukh Khan poised to headline the project?

MUMBAI: Aryan Khan recently made headlines with his OTT directorial debut, The Ba**ds of Bollywood, which also featured a special cameo by Shah Rukh Khan. Now, Aryan is moving toward a bigger milestone, his first theatrical film. The young filmmaker has begun developing a full-fledged entertainer that will go on floors in 2026.

The cast is being kept tightly confidential, but reports confirm Shah Rukh Khan will not be the lead in this film. Aryan wants to first prove his own talent, build his identity as a director, and deliver a successful theatrical project independently.

According to sources, Aryan already has his long-term plan in place. Shah Rukh Khan is expected to star in his third movie, and the main concept is set to take shape in 2027.

However, movie requirements frequently change, and if SRK chooses to move things along more quickly, the eagerly anticipated partnership might even turn into Aryan's second project.

Fans are already buzzing with excitement, especially since SRK’s brief cameo in Aryan’s first project went viral online.

A feature film directed by Aryan and led by Shah Rukh Khan is expected to be a huge cinematic event, emotional for fans and iconic for Bollywood.
