Pratap to be crowned "the king" in Sony TV's Maharana Pratap

It’s time for some royal celebrations in Sony Entertainment Television’s popular historical show Bharat Ka Veer Putra- Maharana Pratap (Contiloe Telefilms). The entire kingdom will be seen rejoicing with the fight for Yuvraj of Mewar finally coming to an end. Brave prince Pratap (Faisal Khan), who wins the battle against his brother Shakti (Dhruv Sangwan), will now be proclaimed the successor of Uday Singh (Shakti Anand) with proper rituals of rajyabahishek in place. The whole of Mewar will be joyous and busy with the preparation for the grand anointment ceremony. And as reported earlier, Pratap’s efforts of reconciling his parents successfully will add to the celebration mood. The whole ritual will be done in a royal manner that will also pave the way for some dramatic moments on the show. Amidst the pomp and gaiety, there will be someone who will be unhappy with Uday Singh’s closeness with Jayantabai (Rajshri Thakur). Bhatyani (Aashka Goradia) will be livid seeing Uday Singh oozing love for Jayantabai. In her furiousness, she will want to kill herself by setting her own chamber on fire. Fortunately, Uday Singh will come in time and rescue her. It’s only then that Jayantabai will discover the evil eye of Bhatiyani and come to know of her real intentions.
