MUMBAI : Mrunal Thakur is one of the most talented actresses we have in the industry. She started her journey with TV shows and later moved her ways towards Bollywood. While she has starred in a few Hindi films, it was last year’s Telugu release Sita Ramam that made people sit back and recognise her amazing talent.
Recently, in an interview with an entertainment portal, when Mrunal was asked about the phase where all producers wanted to cast her after Sita Ramam, she said, “I can’t tell you, it’s the best feeling ever. In fact, I met a couple of very big filmmakers and producers, and I was like ‘sir, I really want to work with you’. And they said, ‘with Sita Ramam, the benchmark is set so high that we have to come up with a big nice script for you, so we are only waiting for something nice to be written.”

“That’s why it took me around six months to sign this Nani film and trust me it’s one of the best scripts I have ever read in my life. So, it is very exciting and out of the world,” she added.
Nani 30 is being directed by Shouryuv and the first schedule of the film is already completed. The film is said to be an emotional drama, and apart from Nani and Mrunal, it also stars Baby Kiara Khanna.
Talking about Mrunal’s Hindi movies, the actress was recently seen in Gumraah which has failed to make a mark at the box office. She now has Pippa, Aankh Micholi, and Pooja Meri Jaan lined up.
