MUMBAI : Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj. These days the track revolves around Anupama going to the US.

Anupama's life appears to have altered throughout the ten years that the show has jumped forward, but she remains the same since she still loves Anuj and is waiting for him to come back.
Anuj's character will soon appear in the show under a new identity and personality. The straightforward and grounded Anuj Kapadia is not recognized as Krishna since he has lost his memories.
He is once again a business mogul and can be seen working with his cousin brother Ankush, but he has no recollection of his past or Anupama. Ankush doesn't want Anuj to know about his transgressions, thus he won't let him linger on his past.
On the other hand, Anupama still has hope and thinks about Anuj often, hoping to see him again.
Adhya promises to bring Anuj Kapadia back at whatever costs after receiving hints about him soon. In their quest, Prem will be seen assisting Anupama and Adhya.
