Given that Ishaani will soon discover that Pakhi is not her original mother, it appears that the show will experience one of its most significant confrontations. In a flashback, Ishaani will remember how Pakhi shunned her as a child.
Since Pakhi didn't want her daughter to know the truth about her birth, she will be viewed as traumatized. Since they have a heart connection, Anupama will be seen arriving to save Ishaani and Pakhi and revealing that Pakhi is Ishaani's daughter.
Pakhi will harbor animosity toward Shah Family because she believes they told Ishaani this truth and established an enduring bond between a mother and daughter.
Ishaani will be crying because she will no longer be able to relate to the rest of the family and will begin to feel cut off from them.
