She should believe Prem since he will disclose that he is Deewana and not a duffer. Rahi will be revered since she would understand that Prem won't back down.
Prem is aware that Rahi loves him too, but she is sacrificing her love for Mahi and Anupama's happiness. Although Rahi and Prem will be seen keeping their mouths quiet, Anupama also doesn't think they are hiding anything.
