MUMBAI: Bhagya Lakshmi, a Zee TV show, tells the story of Lakshmi's life taking an unexpected turn when she marries a wealthy businessman named Rishi Oberoi.

In the show, we have seen that Malishka and Rishi’s engagement preparations are in full swing, but the tension between Lakshmi and Malishka is refusing to lie down.
Maliksha is still paranoid, about Lakshmi and doubts her intentions, but with Lakshmi’s entry in the house, Neelam threatens to leave the house.
Soniya gets riled up because she does not want her mother to leave because of Lakshmi, and fights and tries to kick Lakshmi out but Rishi does not let that happen and a big fight breaks out between the two.
But Neelam eventually leaves the house, despite Rishi begging her to stay.
