MUMBAI: Sony TV’s new show named Jagannath Aur Purvi Ki Dosti Anokhi is based on an old couple Jagannath and Kusum Mishra and a girl named Purvi Singh.

Earlier, Jagannath is worried by Viren's condition and fears losing his property to Purvi.
He wants Purvi to leave the house but she refuses and pays the rent too.
Later, Jagannath decides to force Purvi to leave and thus becomes strict with her.
Moreover, he bursts out at her for playing loud music and dancing.
His tone of voice leaves Purvi and Kusum stunned.
Kusum is shocked by Jagannath's behaviour and wonders why he is behaving so rudely.
Later, Kusum tries to calm Jagannath down and to know the reason for his anger.
