MUMBAI: Star Plus’ new show ‘Faltu’, produced under Boyhood Productions has started to impress the viewers with its interesting and relatable storyline. The show stars Niharika Chouksey and Aakash Ahuja. The story revolves around an unwanted girl, Faltu, named useless after her parents' frustration at the birth of a fourth girl when they wanted a boy.

Previously, Janardan and Dadi suffer from a cardiac arrest at the same time and this brings a storm in the lives of Mittal's as they have to pay a total of 12 lac rupees for their surgeries.
Seeing no other way, Faltu decides to take Ruhaan's financial help. On the other hand, Ruhaan waits for them to seek help so that he could trap them with his conditions.
Faltu requests Ruhaan to help them financially, in return, Ayaan will work for him.
Even though, Ruhaan agrees for the deal without letting them know that he is all set to make Ayaan a servant in his own company, the situation deteriorates as he even has a condition for Faltu that she will have to play cricket from Shanaya's side for as long as it's required and no one should know about this agreement.
Now, while the family has their dinner, Faltu cheers up a lost Ayaan. He expresses his worry and suspicion that he has to return the loan amount and even though they are being allowed to live in the house, he doesn't trust Ruhaan's intentions.
Faltu assures him that everything will be fine. As Faltu puts food in an extra plate, The family asks her why she is carrying extra plate. This is when she shocks the family with her answer that she is taking family for Tanisha as she has been hungry since the day she came to know about Janardhan and Dadi.
As Ayaan gets angry with this soft behaviour, he tells her that she doesn't need to do anything like that for Tanisha. He also tells her that Tanisha cannot be trusted.
However, Faltu advocates that even an enemy is a human and should not be treated this way. Saying this, she leaves from there with a plate full of food and brings it to Tanisha.
