MUMBAI : Delving into the lives of two strong-willed women from two diametrically opposing societal settings, each inspirational in their respective worlds, Sony Entertainment Television brings viewers a captivating story with ‘Hum Rahein Na Rahein Hum’. The show follows the journeys of Damayanti, the principled traditionalist matriarch of the royal Barot family based in Ranak and Surilii, a vibrant and modern thinking young girl.

In the previous episode, according to Surilii's suggestion, Shivendra enters Damayanti's room, where she starts to accuse him of breaking family traditions, expressing doubt that things will ever go back to normal.
As Damayanti exits the room, she mistakenly assumes that Surilii, who was waiting outside for Shivendra, had been eavesdropping on their conversation.
She starts criticising Surilii and claims that Shivendra's affection for her is nothing but a facade. Damyanti sees no future in the relationship and she predicts that it won't last long.
In the upcoming episode, a furious Madhumalti storms into the palace to confront Damayanti about her broken promise to marry her daughter Swatilekha to her eldest son, Shivendra.
With anger in her eyes, Madhumalti challenges Damayanti, questioning her ability to uphold her own words as a queen.
Damayanti calmly explains to her that the fulfilment of a prince's desires cannot be equated to marriage, emphasising that no union is accepted within the palace without her approval.
Meanwhile, Surilli mistakenly believes that Shivendra has lied to her once again. However, Shivendra will attempt to reassure Surilli, but his efforts will prove fruitless, leaving him disappointed and leaving from there.
