MUMBAI: Sony TV is going to be the home to one such new show ‘Kavya - Ek Junoon Ek Jazba’ starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma. According to the promo of the show, Sumbul will be playing the role of IAS Officer Kavya who is married to an IPS officer. The story will revolve around Kavya who will make many sacrifices for her career.

Kavya makes the decision for herself because she won't give up her IAS career for Shubh.
Kavya is determined about her decision to pursue an IAS career, but Jaideep gets offended.
Jaideep joins the academy as the new CAD director by using his sources.
Kavya is completely taken aback by this significant transformation because when she eventually calls him uncle, he taunts her while announcing himself as the CAD director on stage.
She sadly realizes that he enrolled in the academy on purpose to take revenge on her and make her survival tougher.
Shubh asks Kavya's parents for a huge amount in coaching fees even though his father provided Kavya a free tuition.
Jaideep is keen on getting Kavya to leave the IAS.
