MUMBAI: Sony TV is going to be the home to one such new show ‘Kavya - Ek Junoon Ek Jazba’ starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma. According to the promo of the show, Sumbul will be playing the role of IAS Officer Kavya who is married to an IPS officer. The story will revolve around Kavya who will make many sacrifices for her career.

Currently, Malini is upset with Giriraj as due to him Adiraj has to face defeat in love and lamenting over the fact that he is not being loved by Kavya.
Soon, Malini will taunt Giriraj that the only problem he is having with Kavya is that she reminds him of young Malini Pradhan who use to be dream of becoming an IAS Officer but her dreams were crushed by him.
Giriraj will be seen getting emotional and recall the horrific day when due to her dream they lost their first born son.
Giriraj still blames Malini for this shocking incident and doesn’t want Adiraj to face similar situation in his life. Hence, he is against Kavya and Adiraj’s alliance.
Will Giriraj be able to get over his past and accept his future?
