MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has become the longest-running show on TV right now. Sirat and Kartik's Jodi is the most adored onscreen duo at present.

Currently, in the show, Sheila is in need of money and she is here to only get a new sum of amount for Sirat. She tries to woo her with her motherly care and concern but Sirat very well knows what her mother is capable of so she ignores and leaves. Daadi gives Sirat her royal Kangan to wear for her godh bharai, Sheila sees them and plans on taking these away to pay the owed money. While Daadi keeps them in front of the idol to pray, they get stolen. Daadi and the ladies are sure that it is Sheila who stole them but avoids revealing the truth in front of Sirat as it would affect her and her unborn child. 

Previously,  Sirat confronts Sheila on stealing the Kangan, Sheila blatantly lies that she doesn't have them. Sheila finally reveals that she sold them in the black market. Sirat catches hold of Sheila and brings her home. On the other hand, it was Kartik who bought the Kangan back for Dadi, Sirat feels guilty seeing what her family went through because of her mother and apologises to everyone. 

Six months have passed and Sirat celebrates her baby shower lavishly, the kids make them play the game of gender reveal for their little sibling, and Sirat reveals that she will have a baby girl. 

In the upcoming episode, Kartik has to go for an important meeting and nobody is home, he leaves Sirat's responsibility on Kairav and heads out to work. In the meeting, Kartik realises that his phone has no connectivity and here Sirat undergoes major labour pain. This indicates Sirat's premature delivery but who will Kairav ask for help?
