MUMBAI: Star Plus show Imlie has been extremely interesting and the audience has been in awe of the drama.
Produced by Gul Khan, it stars Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Gashmeer Mahajani. The series is a loose adaptation of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Ishti Kutum. The narrative revolves around how Aditya lands at a village to report on a gangster and later, situations lead him to get married to Imlie while he is already committed to Malini for marriage. Since he cannot handle the situation well, he ends up getting married to Malini too.
As we all know, Satyakam shot at Aditya thinking that he is cheating on Imlie. (Also Read: Oh No: Satyakam shoots at Aditya; how will Imlie save him this time!)
Now, Malini will try to bring out the truth that it was she who called Satyakam but Anuja will interrupt her and will blame Imlie that she had a motive to take advantage with the Tripathi family as they did not accept her as a daughter-in-law. On the other hand, Imlie will refuse to accept that Aditya is dead and Malini will warn her that she wont spare her if anything happens to Aditya.
Imlie will snap back at her that if she comes to know that she and her mother Anuja are involved then she will be the one not to spare them and will forget that she has ever had any relation with them.
