MUMBAI: Following a significant leap of 22 years, Rab Se Hai Dua introduces viewers to a new narrative where the characters have evolved. The current storyline focuses on Dua, portrayed by Seerat Kapoor, who has undergone a transformation and now holds deep-seated animosity towards Ibadat, played by Yesha Rughani.
Dua's hatred towards Ibadat stems from her association with Ghazal, as well as the belief that Ghazal's actions led to the death of Haider 22 years ago. This hatred intensifies when Dua decides to propose that Mannat, portrayed by Dheeraj Dhoopar, should marry her cousin Subhaan.
The twist in the tale arises from the fact that Subhaan is actually Kaynaat and Hafeez's son, who had moved to London following Haider's demise. Kaynaat shares Dua's animosity, holding her responsible for Haider's death.
As the story unfolds, viewers will witness the complexities of relationships and the lengths to which Dua will go to ensure Mannat's marriage to Subhaan, despite the underlying truth that Subhaan is destined to be with Ibadat.
The return of Kaynaat to India sets the stage for a series of dramatic events that will test the bonds of family, love, and loyalty.
