We have seen how Virat's life is in danger and everyone is praying for his speedy recovery.
Virat is fighting for his life and here, the Chavan family has distanced themselves from Sai.
They don't want Sai to be a part of Virat's life anymore.
Furthermore, the doctor has asked Chavan's to arrange for the vital injection.
However, no one is successful in it.
But somehow Sai gets to know about the availability of the injection through one of her friends.
She tries to contact Samrat, Mohit, and Pulkit.
While Mohit blocks Sai, Paakhi sees Sai calling Samrat and she blocks her too.
On the other hand, Pulkit is busy calling people for checking the availability of the injection.
Feeling extremely helpless and with time running out, Sai decides to take Virat's car and drive to the outskirts of Nagpur for getting the injection.
Sai will be extremely tensed as she is driving the car alone for the first time and there is no one besides her.
However, she imagines Virat sitting next to her which gives her strength and she drives all the way.
But problems await Sai as she bumps her car with someone's car and the person gets extremely angry.
Sai apologizes to that man but he takes her car keys away.
