MUMBAI: Yeh Hai Chahatein is a passionate love story between a famous rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana, and a gynecologist, Dr. Preesha Srinivasan, who fall in love while raising his brother’s son, Saransh, together.

In the upcoming episode, Saransh comes to Rudra in his room and gets angry at him where Rudra gets socked seeing him behaving that way. When Saransh’s anger frustrates Rudra, he shockingly reveals the truth about Rajeev’s truth and how Preesha kept it hidden all these years.
Surpsingly, Saransh, instead of feeling bad, feels that Preesha should be forgiven. Rudraksh cannot believe it but Saransh makes it very clear to him that Preesha has made a lot of sacrifices for everyone and is the reason why he (Saransh) is even in the house instead of being on road like an orphan. Rudraksh gets shocked when he reminds him that because of her he is in the house or else he would’ve been in jail.
