MUMBAI: Kartik and Sirat of Rajan Shahi's "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" are finally engaged, but that doesn't mean their problems have lessened. They go to the hospital where Ranveer has been admitted and are disturbed to see him in that state.
