Ritesh Batra’s The Lunchbox that stars Irrfan Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Nimrat Kaur amongst others will premiere at the Cannes Film Festival. This will be in addition to the other films that will be also be premiered at the festival including <em>Monsoon Shootout</em> and <em>Bombay Talkies</em>. The film has been produced by Guneet Monga and Anurag Kashyap of Sikhya Entertainment and Arun Rangachari of DAR Motion Pictures.

Like every seasoned actress, Ameesha Patel is trying to get out of her image of a bubbly and sweet image and play varied roles. Like in the 2002-made <em>Humraaz</em>, the actress turned to playing strong characters by enacting Priya Singhania.
