Today is Wednesday and we are back with TAM Ratings for week 35. Star Plus maintains its numero uno position with 265 GRPs while Colors is still perched on the number two spot (244 GRPs). The third and fourth positions are taken by Zee TV (227) and Sony Entertainment Television (210) respectively.

Last week (week 33 of TAM), it was surprising to see Zee TV topping the TRP charts with 283 GRP. However, this week, it is in the number three position with 237 GRP. While Star Plus, that had lost its number one position last week, is back to the number one position with a 264 GRP, Colors has climbed the ladder with a 258 GRP that puts it in the number two position.

It’s the Gods and the kids that have taken Zee TV to the top!! Wondering what we are talking about? As you know, Zee TV as per the recent TAM ratings has surpassed Star Plus in numbers to become the #1 GEC.

Zee TV is on a high, what with the channel becoming the #1 GEC as per the recent TAM ratings. It’s surely the time to rejoice, no doubt!! And the festive atmosphere will go on till the month of October 2012, as the channel completes 20 long years of non-stop entertainment.

Kudos to Zee TV for out beating Star Plus this week in the number game!! Yes, you heard it right!! Zee TV takes the #1 position when it comes to GECs with a whopping GRP of 283 while Star Plus gets pushed to the Number 2 position with 255 GRP. Colors which had earlier been pushed to number 4 position by Sony Entertainment Television takes the # 3 slot again this week with 238 GRP. Sony settles to the number 4 position with the number of 214. Life OK marches ahead and is placed at number 5 with 134 GRP while SAB TV is the number 6 channel with 133 GRP.

Folks…the race amongst channels and shows to stay on the top in the TRP chart continues this week. However, there will always be a doubtful eye on the results given the recent development of NDTV suing TAM, Nielsen for manipulation of data. Anyways, let’s get down to the figures. Star Plus maintains to stay at the #1 spot with 234 GRPs. Sony Entertainment Television which was perched at the #2 position since the last two weeks, slumped to the third place this week (206). Zee TV is currently placed at number #2 (211). Colors holds the number four position on the TRP ladder (203).

It’s Wednesday yet again, and as usual the TV industry wakes up to check out the results of the week gone by. And it is Star Plus which again takes the #1 position (even with a drop of more than 20 GRPs) with 254 GRP when compared to 276 last week. Sony Entertainment Television takes a big leap ahead and takes the 2nd position with a GRP of 228 while Zee TV gets pushed to the 3rd position with a GRP of 221 (they too see a drop from 253 last week). Colors gets pegged back to the fourth spot with 214 GRP.

Viewers, we are back with yet another set of TAM ratings for Week 25. When compared to Week 24, Star Plus still manages to rule the roost even with a drop from 268 to 251. On the other hand, Colors, the Number 2 channel has gained in numbers, courtesy the launch of their big ticket dance reality show <em>Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa</em> with a GRP of 239 when compared to 215 last week. Zee TV takes the Number 3 position with 214 GRP while Sony takes the Number 4 slot with 201 GRP.

TV lovers…presenting the TAM ratings for week 24. In channels, Star Plus has bagged 268 points compared to its last week’s figure of 270. Colors has surged ahead this week and is perched high on number 2 position with 215 points. Zee TV (212) is third followed by Sony Entertainment Television (187). When it comes to shows, three Star Plus shows are rated top three in the TRP ladder. <em>Diya Aur Baati Hum</em> is number one (5.6), followed by <em>Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai</em> (3.6) and <em>Saath Nibhana Saathiya</em> (3.5). <strong>Here’s the list of top channels:</strong>
