Bless me Ganesha: TV celebs talk about the Lord

Lord Ganesha is eternally the God of Lord of beginnings and destroyer of obstacles than intelligence and power. His legends offer lessons in duty, righteousness, kindness and forgiveness.

People gear up with excitement to welcome their bappa home, pray, sing and merry. Lord Ganesha not only blesses all for the limitless affection but also graces positivity and happiness. Tellychakkar.com gets talking to television celebs asking them what significance Lord Ganesha holds in their lives.

Nia Sharma:

Lord Ganesha is all about bringing in love and happiness. I have not been able to get Ganpati at my place but I love watching the way people get cordoned around the Lord dancing and singing. I look forward to getting Ganpati in the future.

Kritika Kamra:

To be frank, I am not very religious but it’s beautiful to see how Lord Ganesha is a part of every Mumbaikar’s life here. It is amazing the way the festival binds people together and I admire the faith people hold in him. Even while shooting, we need to plan our shoot schedules according to the visarajan and aarti timings.

Ganpati is truly the raja as the world works according to him. In the span of 11 days, I visit friends who bring home Ganpati and I really like being a part of the pooja.

Param Singh:

Well, Ganpati holds a lot of importance in my life. Bappa symbolizes kindness, happiness, love and togetherness and welcoming Ganesha truly brings the feeling alive, year on year. It has been six years that I and my family have been getting Ganpati home.

Rachana Parulkar:

Ganesh Chaturthi is a festival which we all wait for every year. The festival is very significant in my life because like others, I too put my full faith and devotion welcoming Ganeshji. Ganpati symbolizes positivity and I believe people should follow his teachings and truly cherish his blessings rather than making the festival a social event.

Ragini Khanna:

We have been welcoming Ganpati home from the past 14 years now for one and a half day. To me, Lord Ganesha signifies positivity and knowledge.

Kanwar Dhillon:

I have a Ganesh temple right opposite my house where I pray and even attend aartis. Lord Ganesha is all about bonding, and sharing happiness and love and I enjoy implying the same in my day to day life and especially during the 11 days of the celebration with my near and dear ones.

And this Ganpati season, order delicious sweets from M M Mithaiwala. You can also follow them on Facebook and Twitter. Happy Ganpati to all!!!
