Abhinav Shulka, a multi-talented lad

SAB's new show Jersey No. 10 hit television screens today with some new faces on the block. We caught one of the leads Abhinav Shukla aka Arjun in an exclusive tete-a-tete about his television debut and his modeling and photography career. "Modelling and photography are my hobbies while acting is everything for me. The production house called me for the role of Arjun. I liked the concept, as it was different from those run-of-the-mill saas-bahu sagas so without thinking much I agreed to it. I'm really happy for having taken up this tale," says Abhinav. Jersey N. 10 is a tale of two-step brothers who want to make their place in the world of cricket. Elaborating on his character, Abhinav explains, "Raghuveer Rai (Arjun's father) always pressurizes him to an extent that is at times unbearable. His father had a dream of becoming a cricketer but unfortunately it didn't work out so now he wants to fulfill his dream through his son. Arjun's biggest strength is his batting skills where no one can beat him. The story revolves around the incidents that take place in my and Nakul's (who is my step-brother) lives. I have done my homework and hope people like it too." What about your modeling and photography passion? "I will not leave modeling though ramp walking is not possible. I'll do ads, which is not time consuming and can give me quick money and fame. About photography, I've an assistant who manages all my appointments. I shoot models and wild life during my off days," he quips
