Green is my lucky colour: Neha Marda

Neha Marda, the timid yet assertive Gehna of Balika Vadhu debuted with Ek Thi Rajkumari on television. Marda who is often spotted in traditional wear on screen, likes to dress up in hip clothes too. She shared a few fashion secrets with TellyChakkar. Fashion is: People often say wear clothes which make you feel comfortable. But I think we should wear clothes which suit us best. We should also have an attitude to carry it off well. Who chooses your clothes? I do but I think now is the time for me to go look for a designer so that he or she can guide me and I could look more beautiful. Do you wear accessories? I am not fond of accessories though it sometimes becomes a must with a few clothes. However I love watches and shoes, they look nice with any kind of clothes. Do you follow any brands? I am not brand conscious, at the same time I am not a person who will shop on the road. I like wearing branded clothes and I prefer wearing clothes of a brand which fit me. Favourite shopping destination: I still have to explore it. I have heard Bangkok is the best place and I would surely love to visit it. Most expensive buy: I can’t remember, as I am a shopaholic person so I keep on spending money. Clothes you are most comfortable in: Patiala-kurti with no dupatta or shorts and spaghetti top. Favourite Designer: Abu Jani, Rohit Bal, Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Must have in your wallet: Money and my cards. Favourite Perfume: Issey Miyake. Colour that fill your wardrobe: I wear clothes according to the day, but green is my lucky colour. Fashion tip: Wear clothes which suit you and make you feel good, follow seasonal colours and carry it off with the right attitude.
