Latest to join the MAD gang is the versatile singer Sonu Nigam. Giving an insight of his professional life, the method singer revealed that during his struggling days he wanted to sing peppy numbers but only got the offers to sing sad songs. The singer confessed, "At the initial stage of my career, I wished I sang songs like 'Tan Tanna Tan' but all I got was the opportunity to sing sad songs like 'Accha sila diya'. But as the time passed, I realized that the songs that I sung brought me where I am today. For when I look behind , I feel that it's better to be known for good songs that I sung than to be known for singing each and every song that came or did not come my way. So, in a way, all those sad songs are the reason behind my success."
