Recently we were invited for a pool party…yup, that’s the ‘in’ thing now…they even call it a sunset party. The party timings are 4 pm to 10.
Pm and that’s the best part because usually the timings for parties are 10 pm to 4 am. I had only heard about the so-called pool parties but never been to one. We decided to go for a while..

Pm and that’s the best part because usually the timings for parties are 10 pm to 4 am. I had only heard about the so-called pool parties but never been to one. We decided to go for a while..
The venue was the pool side of an international hotel. We met our friends after a long time and there was so much to catch up which was the best part about a party. The music was good, although it was a little loud but nevertheless everyone was having a blast. One thing I noticed that despite it being a pool party most of the guests were not interested in swimming (maybe the idea of swimming while others just gaped at them didn’t appeal to all!)
As it started getting dark the real fun began as everyone was litereally pushed into the pool. I think it were the ‘spirits’ that finally took over. Just when we knew it was time we were going to be dunked, we disappeared at once. But it was a lovely experience.
P.S: A useful tip: If you are going to a pool party and if you don’t wanna get into it, stand close to the exit or far far away from the pool because you never when you will be in it!
