MUMBAI: Aadesh Chaudhary has been part of several well-known television shows over the years. He began his journey with Banoo Main Teri Dulhann and went on to appear in popular serials like Tere Liye, Laagi Tujhse Lagan, Sasural Simar Ka, and Diya Aur Baati Hum, where his performances were appreciated by audiences. More recently, he was seen in Maitree as Yash Thakur. He recently spoke about his love for fans, the pressure that comes with fame, and how he keeps a balance between his personal and professional life.
“Fans are a very important part of my journey,” Aadesh says. “Their love and support mean the world to me. Because of them, I get to do what I love every day. Their excitement and energy give me strength and motivation to keep going.”
While he enjoys the admiration, Aadesh admits that it also comes with expectations. “Adulation can be motivating, but it also adds pressure to keep performing well,” he shares. “I try to stay grounded and true to my work. My family’s values help me stay humble and handle fame responsibly.”
Aadesh recalls one fun moment with a fan that made him laugh. “A fan once asked me what I have that other actors don’t. I said, ‘Mere paas DDLJ hai, KKHH hai, Devdas hai, Swades hai, Chak De India hai, Pathaan hai, Om Shanti Om hai... ohh, need to stop showing off!’ It was a light moment, and we both had a good laugh.”
Talking about selfies, Aadesh says he enjoys clicking pictures with fans. “Selfies are a nice way to connect. They make the moment personal and memorable. But I also think it’s important to respect each other’s space.”
He also makes sure to be polite whenever fans approach him in public. “I always try to be respectful and kind. I understand their excitement, and I’m happy to take pictures or give autographs. Their admiration deserves appreciation,” he says.
Some fan moments have been emotional too. “There are times when fans tell me how my work has touched their lives. That really moves me. It reminds me why I chose acting—to connect with people and make them feel something.”
When asked how he keeps a balance between being a public figure and having privacy, Aadesh replies, “I stay connected with my fans on social media and at events, but I also make sure to have my own personal space. It’s all about balance.”
