Alina, Sana ‘march’ out of Chanda’s court

A enticing film offer forced twins Alina and Sana Wadiwala to cut short their innings on SAB show ‘Yeh Chanda kanoon hai ‘. The duo will only been seen in the first episode of the show which goes on air from 5 August. Speaking on their short stay producer Rajeev Singh says, “Both Alina and Sana had initially committed to us but they chose to opt out after they bagged a film. May be, they now felt that they doing a TV show could harm their film career. So, they requested to be freed. We shot with them for the first episode and because it was so good we didn’t want to reshoot it with their replacements. Sana and Alina play assistants to Chanda (Juhi Parmar) and Vibhuti (Asif Sheikh) respectively.” Both Alina and Sana remained unavailable for comment. Yeh Chanda kanoon hai is a weekly sitcom that goes on air on SAB from 5 August.
