MUMBAI: Star Plus show Anupamaa is one of the most followed and loved shows on television.
While the daily soap is riding high on TRP’s the recent exit of Sudhanshu Pandey came in as a shock for the audience. Sudhanshu played the role of Vanraj Shah and was loved for his sarcasm and wickedness along with the way he portrayed Vanraj as a head strong and loving father too. Just when the viewers were processing the news of his exit, there came another shocking development!
Madalsa Sharma has moved out of the show as well.
TellyChakkar got in touch with Madalsa and in an exclusive interview, she spilled beans on her exit and her speculated rift with Rupali Ganguly who plays the titular role in the show.
Madalsa shared, “For me personally, when Rajan sir and I mutually decided that I should move on, we had our reason to announce it a little later and in the midst of it Sudhanshu took his decision which is best known to him. My exit has nothing to do with that of Sudhanshu. I feel fortunate to have played Kavya and contributed to the storyline.”
With regards to her rift with Rupali, Madalsa expressed, “When you work in an atmosphere for a long time, there are many friends of mine who I have known since childhood and at times I have fights with them, we all do. So if I have a fall out with a person with whom I have known for four years, what is the big deal?
