MUMBAI: The Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) has unveiled its latest weekly TRP ratings, offering a fascinating insight into the shifting tastes of Indian television viewers.
This week’s chart brings a mix of surprises, from rising favourites to unexpected dips, highlighting the dynamic landscape of the small screen.
Topping the list is Anupamaa, followed closely by Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah at second place, reaffirming their continued dominance among audiences.
Meanwhile, Tumm Se Tumm Tak and Aarti Anjali Awasthi have witnessed a noticeable rise in ratings, signalling growing viewer engagement.
On the other hand, shows like Kumkum Bhagya, Pati Patni Aur Panga, and Jhanak have experienced a slight decline in viewership.
New entries and rising favourites such as Noyontara and Shiv Shakti Tap Tyaag Tandav have also made an impact, climbing up the TRP charts.
Popular long-running series Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi continue to hold strong, securing the fourth and fifth positions respectively.
