MUMBAI: Bigg Boss 19 continues to dominate Indian television, consistently ranking among the top twenty most-watched shows on the BARC charts each week.
Packed with emotions, clashes, and constantly changing alliances, the show stays among the most engaging and talked-about reality programmes in the country.
The recent Family Week on the popular reality show Bigg Boss 19 provided one of the season’s most emotional moments when contestant Amaal Mallik was tearfully reunited with his younger brother, celebrated singer Armaan Malik.
This powerful display of sibling affection garnered a massive reaction from viewers and prompted a heartfelt response from their father, music composer Daboo Malik.
Daboo Malik took to social media to express his pride and address the public discussion surrounding his sons and their relationship.
The veteran composer shared a video capturing the emotional moment when Armaan entered the house, singing and rushing to hug Amaal, who immediately broke down in tears.
Addressing what he perceived as ongoing attempts to spread negativity about his family's dynamics, Daboo Malik posted a powerful statement asserting the enduring nature of truth and public support.
"The public knows everything. A lot has been said to show the negativity, but the love of the public has been the proof.
And remember that in front of all the love, nothing else matters.
The one who loses and wins is called a Baazigar," he wrote, using a famous line to express his unwavering faith in his sons.
The reunion was particularly significant for Amaal, who had been struggling with the pressures of the house and worrying about his family's reaction to his on-screen journey.
During their private conversation, Amaal asked Armaan about their father's well-being and if he was upset by Amaal's actions.
Armaan reassured him, saying, "No, he's fine and chill," instantly comforting his elder brother.
Amaal then explained his decision to discuss their family's personal life on the show, stating that he felt compelled to share their story because people outside often "assume we were born like this," suggesting that their success was achieved effortlessly.
Armaan offered a firm and comforting response to this vulnerability, telling Amaal, "We don't have to prove anything to anybody. You are what you are. You've shown all your colours."
Daboo Malik also shared a separate post highlighting the shared musical heritage of his sons, noting, "Amaal and Armaan have grown up in the times of Pritam's Music.
Besides their own hits, their concerts carry the Glorious hits of Pritam and also the classics of the legends.
It's always about the melody and great music," emphasising their deep roots and focus on their art.
The reunion, filled with tears, laughter, and candid conversation, reinforced the strong bond between the brothers, which their father proudly noted has resonated deeply with the public.
