MUMBAI: While we all love watching our favourite actors on television and what they bring on television for us when it comes to enacting their characters, we also love watching their chemistry with their co-actors.
There are some on-screen pairings that we fall in love with and cannot have enough of them. So much so that the audience often write requests to the producers to bring them back! Television is upgrading in 2021 with fresher scripts, newer faces and off-beat pairings that are not only relatable but also fun to watch on-screen. A lot of producers have ditched the conventional methods of pairing and have opted to showcase a fresh chemistry with an unconventional storyline.
As a standing example, we have Anupamaa which showcases Rupali Ganguly and Sudhanshu Pandey and they are a visual delight to watch. For that matter Sudhanshu and Madalsa Sharma’s chemistry is also off-beat and gives a fresh look to the show. Kinshik Mahajan and Shuniy Doshi in Pandya Story, Neil Bhatt, Ayesha Singh and Aishwarya Sharma in Ghum Hai Kiskey Pyaar Meiin, Pearl V Puri and Nikki Sharma in Brahmarakshas 2, Reem Shaikh and Sehban Azim in Tujshe Hai Raata, Nimrit Kaur and Avinesh Rekhi in Chotti Sardarrni, Mohit Kumar and Vidhi Pandya or for that matter even his pairing opposite Kanikka Kapur was a visual treat.
While the audience enjoyed watching Siddharth Nigam and Avneet Kaur in Aladdin: Naam Toh Suna Hoga, the makers introduced a fresh chemistry by roping in Ashi Singh opposite Siddharth and all of these pairings have worked wonders which proves that the television viewers are open to change!
