MUMBAI : Khatron ke Khiladi 11 contestant and actor Sourabh Raaj Jain had invested in a new property in Sunteck City ODC, Goregaon was supposed to be ready in March 2020. But he was intimated that they would have to wait for a few more months as the builder was constructing additional floors.

He expressed his anguish a few weeks ago on his social media handle about not getting possession of his new flat almost two years after the promised date.
A year later, he still did not get possession and repeated attempts to reach the builder have also failed. As a result, he is now contemplating to take the legal route. Sourabh said, “We’re talking about hard-earned money here. I’ve already paid a majority of the dues and have worked around the clock for my family. I have been patient and have tried to strike a cordial conversation with the company’s spokesperson to at least understand the cause of the delay, to help us understand how long we will have to wait as a lot depends on it.”
It is frustrating, said the actor, who is best known for his portrayal of Lord Krishna in Mahabharat. “There is no proper response from their side, their representative changes every month. All of them have the same thing to say, that they are building some more floors. There has been no written or formal communication. I’ve been waiting endlessly. It is unlike me to call people out on social media, but they are leaving me with no choice. My last resort is to go the legal way. I’m positive that Indian laws and such remedial bodies will help me get possession of my house,” he said. Despite repeated attempts, we could not reach the builders for a comment.
