The show hit a high in a matter of a few days and became the most talked-about show in the nation. It has majorly amplified the startup culture in India, within a short span.
Ashneer Grover shot to immense fame with his stint as an entrepreneur panellist in the show. However, with fame, followed massive trolling and negativity too, that he has been facing on social media.
Ashneer’s straightforward attitude, blunt and bold attitude has garnered positive and negative feedback from the audiences. While the entrepreneur garnered a huge fanbase through the show, he has been at the receiving end of massive trolling and negativity for same reasons too. Recently, in an open conversation with comedians Rohan Joshi and Sahil Shah, Ashneer got candid about how he has been dealing with the massive trolling. While answering a question about trolls, Ashneer shared, “Bahut gaali padti hai. Abhi bhi raat ko chhup chhup kar main 3 baje uth kar gande comments ko delete maarta hoon (I get abused a lot. Even now, I get up at 3 am and sneakily delete abusive comments from my social media).”
Ashneer added that e even blocks social media users, who have made nasty remarks about him. I block them also and even select the option 'not only this person but any account they create in the future'," he said.
