Diwali celebrations on the sets of KBC

Diwali is round the corner and the festivals of ‘diyas’ was celebrated (in a sequence) amidst much pomp and fanfare on the sets of Sony Entertainment Television’s Kaun Banega Crorepati (Big Synergy). The entire set was lit with diyas and the audience too held the lights in their hands. The contestants entered with diyas followed by Mr Bachchan who first lit the brass lamp and then wished everyone, “Shubh ho Diwali ka tyohaar”. This particular episode will air on 9 November (2012) at 8.30pm.
