How has Sakhi's character shaped so far in the show as per you?

Sakhi's character has seen a lot of ups and downs.  And the best part of my character growth has been that I have never been shown perfect in the show. In fact, none of the characters has been shown perfect. Sakhi also makes mistakes, learns from them and tries to improve as a person she is. She tries her best to be a good person. That's what her parents always teach her and that's what has been maintaining like a normal 18-year old. I make mistakes and move on to do something better in life.

Daily soaps are a long term commitment, how open were you to joining Wagle and in future projects for such shows?

I was doing Marathi daily soaps before I joined Wagle and I think television is a beautiful medium. It is something that the audience relates to. Actually, as daily soap actors, we become like family members to the audience so they are so used to seeing us every day, that they actually connect to us like we are their family. And more than that, I want to do future projects of daily soaps because television actually reaches out to the maximum audience and I love acting. So, in any medium where I get a chance to perform and dance, I'm open to every such project.

Apart from acting, any alternate career choice you are thinking to take up?

Yes, I am a trained dancer and I love dancing. But I love acting too. I cannot separate myself from either one. In near future, I would love to pursue both acting as well as dancing. I hope I am able to maintain that balance between the two.
