MUMBAI: Mohit Kumar is currently seen in Sony SAB's popular romantic-comedy drama series Sab Satrangi.
The show hit the small screens a few weeks ago and it has managed to work wonders.
Mohit is seen playing the role of Manu in the show and is being praised for his performance and never-seen-before avatar.
Mohit is paired opposite Hima Singh in the show.

TellyChakkar got in touch with Mohit who spoke about doing reality shows, how life changed post his debut show and much more.

You had earlier auditioned for Roadies, would you like to try Khatron Ke Khiladi and Bigg Boss as well?
I was in my college's first or second year when I had auditioned for Roadies. I wanted to step out of my village and come to Mumbai for the audition. I would definitely like to try for Bigg Boss and Khatron Ke Khiladi now that I have become an actor.
You rose to fame from Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2. How did that show change your life as an actor?
The show hasn't changed my life but this show has made me an actor. I was not an actor before that, I was into modelling. I used to speak Haryanvi and I couldn't speak Hindi at all. I never used to understand emotions and expressions and anything else about acting. I learned a lot from that show. In fact, my acting lessons started from that show. My life changed from being a model to an actor after doing Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2. I got that show by luck. I did not think that I deserved that show but somehow it just happened.
Who is your inspiration behind taking up acting as a career?
I used to be mesmerised seeing Shah Rukh Khan on-screen. I didn't have anyone who inspired me to become an actor. I never thought much about acting. I came to Mumbai for modelling. In fact, I came to Mumbai to chill around and step out of my village. I never took proper lessons for anything. But acting just happened to me.
Before Sab Satrangi, Mohit was seen in Sony LIV's Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2. The actor was paired opposite Vidhi Pandya in the show.
